Why a guided install? The terminal is configured per-client with your specific market, segment, and entitlements. Our team handles it end-to-end — usually live the same day. Mac and Linux aren’t supported on the terminal; clients on those operating systems can use DealDepot Mobile, which includes BackOffice via single sign-on.

Compatibility & system requirements.

DealDepot Mobile and the MoneyMaker terminal are supported on the platforms below. Older OS versions may continue to work, but security patches and new features are released only against the minimums shown.

A stable internet connection is required for live market data and order execution. Trading from public Wi-Fi is supported, but a VPN is recommended for added privacy.

Install only from official sources.

Trading apps are a known target for impersonation. Please install our software only from the sources described below.

  • The only official sources for DealDepot Mobile are the iOS App Store and the Google Play Store. The store listings show DealDepot Brokerage Pvt Ltd as the publisher.
  • The MoneyMaker terminal is installed by DealDepot's support team only — over a scheduled phone or WhatsApp call with screen-share. We will never email or WhatsApp you a self-install .exe for the terminal.
  • DealDepot will never SMS or WhatsApp you an APK link. Sideloaded apps from short URLs, file-sharing services, screen-shared installers, or unknown senders are not from us.
  • DealDepot Mobile does not require AccessibilityService permissions or screen-recording permissions to function. Any "support" call asking you to grant such permissions, or to install a remote-access tool, is fraudulent.
Spotted something off? If you receive an installer claiming to be DealDepot from an unknown source, do not run it. Report the sender, link, and any screenshots to compliance@dealdepot.in.

Sign-in & security.

DealDepot Mobile and the MoneyMaker terminal use two-factor authentication (2FA) on every login as required under SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/CIR/PB/2018/147 (03-Dec-2018). Biometric unlock is supported on iOS and Android for repeat sessions on the same device.

Your login PIN, password, OTP, and biometric data are never shared with anyone, including DealDepot's own staff. We will not ask for these on email, WhatsApp, or phone — and a real DealDepot relationship manager has no way to read them either.

Risk disclosure on derivatives

9 out of 10 individual traders in equity F&O segment incurred net losses. On average, loss-makers registered net trading loss close to ₹50,000. Over and above the trading losses, loss-makers spent an additional 28% of the loss as transaction cost. Even those making net trading profits incurred between 15% and 50% of such profits as transaction costs.
