The content on this site is not investment advice, research, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer or solicitation of any kind. DealDepot does not hold a SEBI Research Analyst (RA) or Investment Adviser (IA) registration.

Where you hold a trading or demat account with DealDepot, your relationship with us is additionally governed by:
- The signed client registration documents and KYC.
- The SEBI / Exchange-prescribed Rights & Obligations document.
- The Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC).
- The Investor Charter as updated from time to time.
- Risk Disclosure Documents and policies and procedures.
In the event of any conflict between this website terms document and the account-specific documents above, the account-specific documents prevail for matters relating to your account.
Acceptable use.
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our systems, or other users' accounts.
- Use the site to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or impersonate any person or entity.
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Force majeure.
DealDepot shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the operation of the site, or in the performance of any service, caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include, without limitation: outages, halts, or directives of the stock exchanges, depositories, clearing corporations, or SEBI; failures of internet, electricity, telecom, or third-party service providers; cyber-incidents not caused by our gross negligence; acts of God; civil disturbance; pandemic; and changes in law or regulation.
Limitation of liability.
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealDepot disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site's content, accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
In no event shall our aggregate liability arising from your use of the site exceed ₹100 (Indian Rupees One Hundred only), save where such limitation is prohibited by law.
This limitation does not affect your statutory rights as an investor under SEBI regulations, the Investor Charter, or the grievance redressal mechanism, nor does it limit any liability that arises under your client agreement (which is governed by the separate documents referenced in Section 05).
Severability & survival.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or regulatory authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. The provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of your access to the site.
Governing law, jurisdiction & dispute resolution.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with use of the site amicably, for a period of 30 days from written notice of the dispute.
If unresolved thereafter, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, without prejudice to the dispute-resolution mechanisms set out in the SEBI Investor Charter, including SCORES 2.0 and SmartODR.
Language.
These terms are published in English. Translations, where provided, are for convenience only; the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
Changes.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last reviewed" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
